(Los Angeles and New York) – Akin advised HarbourView Equity Partners, an industry-leading alternative asset management company focused on investment opportunities in the sports, media and entertainment space in their investment in Mucho Mas Media, an inclusive LatinX multimedia platform cultivating talent and producing content for global audiences. The investment marks HarbourView Equity Partners’ continued expansion in the TV/Film industry.

The Akin team featured a cross-practice effort between the private equity and media, entertainment & sports practices, led by media & entertainment partner Alissa Miller and private equity partner Amy Wollensack, and included corporate senior counsel Michael Miller and corporate counsel Lauren Epstein.
