- For nearly three decades, has represented businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraud-related claims.
Eric focuses on contractual disputes arising from complex business relationships. He has experience in commercial litigation involving or among founders and equity funds, limited partners and general partners, buyers and sellers of private companies, hedge funds and investors, and trustees and beneficiaries.
Eric also counsels clients on multiple contractual issues, including force majeure, impossibility, material adverse effect, changed circumstances, frustration of purpose, and other related matters.
