Leah is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. She assists clients with a variety of corporate matters, including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private equity. She also maintains a robust pro bono practice. Leah was an Akin summer associate.

Leah earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was heavily involved in student organizations and served as a managing editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Leah also participated in a dual degree program through which she earned her M.A. in Economic Law from Sciences Po in Paris. She received a B.A. and B.S. summa cum laude from North Carolina State University.
