Neal is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public & private companies in mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Before joining Akin, Neal worked in the Investor Protection Bureau in the Office of the New York Attorney General. Prior to that, Neal interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Enforcement.

Neal earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the Columbia Business Law Review. He earned his B.A. summa cum laude from New York University.
