The “Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights” was released by the White House in October 2022. The document details the Biden-Harris administration’s proposed approach towards algorithmic regulation and the nonbinding guidelines for the design, use and deployment of AI systems in public and private sectors. While the blueprint is nonbinding, it gives further insight to the current administration’s stance on AI regulation.
