FUND 3 of the Financial Conduct Authority’s FUND Investment Fund Sourcebook outlines the rules and guidelines applicable to alternative investment fund (“AIF”) managers of UK and non-UK AIFs. This publication, by Ezra Zahabi and Masha Novikova, provides an overview of the obligations that FUND 3 imposes on AIF managers and aims to provide a better understanding of the content of such obligations and their applicability.
