Akin Lawyers Recognized in 2023 JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards

Akin is pleased to share that four of its lawyers were recognized in the 2023 edition of JD Supra’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards, which honor “thought leaders for achieving the highest visibility and engagement among readers for their particular expertise.”

Akin cybersecurity, privacy and data protection co-heads Natasha Kohne and Michelle Reed repeated in the Cybersecurity category, having been recognized in the 2022, 2021 and 2020 contests as well (learn more here). Climate change group co-leader Ken Markowitz was recognized in the Environment category, and intellectual property partner and Philadelphia partner in charge Rubén Muñoz was recognized in the Patents category.

JD Supra editors chose the 31 main topics covered in this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards for their timeliness as well as their proven, ongoing importance. In each category, JD Supra recognized 10 authors and one firm for consistently highest readership and engagement within that category for all of 2022.
