- Advising an ad hoc group of crossover creditors In Digicel's restructuring, leading to a $1.2 billion debt exchange and a $3.7 billion restructuring of Digicel International Finance Limited, Digicel's main telecom business, significantly deleveraging through a debt equity swap
- Representing an ad hoc group of secured lenders in GenesisCare's restructuring, including securing $800 million in Debtor-in-Possession financing from existing lenders during the company's chapter 11 proceedings.
