BTI Names Akin Gump a Feared Firm for Litigation
(New York) – Akin Gump has been named a BTI Awesome Opponent as one of the most feared law firms in litigation, according to the BTI Consulting Group’s survey of corporate counsel.
In its Litigation Outlook 2017, BTI also reports that Akin Gump is in the top 15 percent of all law firms in eight areas of litigation: Class Actions, Securities and Finance Litigation, IP Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Everyday Commercial Litigation, Complex Employment Litigation, Everyday Employment Litigation and Product Liability Litigation
