BTI Names Esther Lander Among Client Service All-Stars

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump labor and employment partner Esther Lander has been named a 2019 Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group.

Now in its 18th edition, the annual survey recognizes lawyers who have been identified by corporate counsel as the “epitome of client service,” having demonstrated an “unrelenting pursuit to find what best fulfills clients’ needs.”

Client Service All-Stars comprise five qualities, according to BTI: superior client focus, unmatched client experience, an understanding of the client’s business like no other, unparalleled legal skills and innovative thought leadership.
