Christian Davis Named a ‘Top Advisor’ by Foreign Investment Watch
Christian Davis, international trade partner and head of Akin’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) practice, has been named to Foreign Investment Watch’s Top Advisors list for 2025.
The list recognizes the top advisors at the nexus of national security and foreign investment.
Foreign Investment Watch highlights Christian’s acumen in international trade and national security law and policy and his extensive experience handling CFIUS matters across various sectors including aerospace and defense, energy and infrastructure.
The publication further recognizes his work negotiating and implementing CFIUS mitigation agreements as well as his practical experience in Information and Communications Technology and Services (ICTS) supply chain issues including responding to subpoenas, Commerce determinations and other forms of U.S. government outreach.
