Daniel Cohen Named to CBLJ “A-List” of Lawyers Working in China
(Hong Kong) – Akin Gump litigation partner and Hong Kong office consultant Daniel Cohen has been named by China Business Law Journal to its 2018 A-List of the “top private lawyers for China-related business.”
The A-List is compiled via an annual survey conducted by CBLJ that consults corporate legal counsel, senior officers and legal colleagues. The A-List is intended to feature lawyers with “deep legal knowledge, extensive practical experience, shrewd business thinking, an internationalized vision, effective team co-operation abilities, and, most importantly, a spirit of professional dedication that places their clients first.”
Mr. Cohen, whose practice includes acting for investment firms, corporations and insolvency office holders in contentious matters in the Asia-Pacific region, was noted in his A-List profile for his work in dispute resolution, shareholder activism, contentious restructuring and insolvency, and contentious regulatory/market misconduct.
