Daniel Cohen Repeats as a China Business Law Journal A-List Lawyer

(Hong Kong) – Akin Gump Hong Kong-based litigation partner Daniel Cohen has again been named to China Business Law Journal’s list of the 100 elite lawyers working in a China practice for foreign firms.

The publication notes that its A-List is based on extensive research that it conducts, consulting thousands of in-house counsel in China and around the world, as well as partners at Chinese and international law firms, as to which lawyers should make the cut.

His profile notes that Mr. Cohen’s practice focuses on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, corporate and commercial, litigation, and restructuring and insolvency.
