Additionally, Douglas Glass participated in an accompanying roundtable of leading energy practitioners, moderated by Who’s Who Legal, that discussed, among other issues, M&A activity in different jurisdictions; regulatory developments affecting the energy industry, including regulation of hydraulic fracturing; and the impact of energy-related disasters such as Fukushima and Deepwater Horizon.
