Elizabeth Simon Appointed Chair of DC Rules Review Committee
Akin assistant general counsel for ethics Elizabeth Simon has been appointed, effective July 1, by the District of Columbia Bar Board of Governors to be the chair of the D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct Review Committee for the 2023-2024 year.
In 2018, she was appointed chair of the D.C. Bar Legal Ethics Committee (learn more here).
