IAM Patent 1000 Recognizes 10 Akin Lawyers in 2024 Guide
IAM has recognized 10 Akin intellectual property partners in its 2024 edition of the IAM Patent 1000, a guide of leading private practice patent lawyers in the United States.
In Pennsylvania, where the firm was ranked as a “Gold Firm” for its litigation work, IAM noted that the Akin IP team “boasts a stellar track record securing wins for clients across all sectors” and can “navigate complex disputes in federal courts as well as in other forums, including the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), delivering results through careful strategic decisions, strong advocacy and seamless collaboration.” The following partners were highlighted:
