Nicola Minervini Named ‘International Law Firm Rising Star’ at IFLR Middle East Awards

Akin capital markets counsel Nicola Minervini has been recognized in the IFLR Middle East Awards in the category ‘Rising Star – International Law Firms’.

The Rising Star award recognizes those individuals with less than 15 years post-qualification experience who have made a substantial impact on the legal landscape, judged on their role in innovative transactions.

Nicola has been recognized for his work advising the largest global financial institutions and corporates on the full spectrum of debt financing and Islamic financing transactions. He has extensive experience of acting on pioneering bond and Sukuk issuances, complex loan financings and the restructuring of such products.

Akin was also shortlisted in the Restructuring Team of the Year, Islamic Finance Team of the Year and Restructuring Deal of the Year categories.
