Diversity Journal’s Black Leadership Award winners are described as powerhouses in law, business, technology who have made remarkable contributions to their fields. The publication further notes that these recognized leaders are “passionate about guiding, mentoring, and advocating for their professions, communities, and the next generation of professionals.”
