Sarah Schultz Recognized in 2023 TMA Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards
In its 2023 TMA Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards, Turnaround Management Association (TMA) recognized Akin financial restructuring partner Sarah Schultz among the honorees in the category Large Company Turnaround/Transaction.
In this matter, which involved the chapter 11 cases of Pipeline Health and its affiliates, an independent health care network with hospitals in California, Texas and Illinois, involving more than $603 million in liabilities, Sarah acted as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors.
TMA will honor this year’s award recipients at the TMA Annual Conference, October 3-6 in San Francisco.
