Sarah Schultz to be Inducted as American College of Bankruptcy Fellow

Akin financial restructuring partner Sarah Schultz has been named a Fellow in the 36th class of the American College of Bankruptcy for her “professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice.”

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of insolvency professionals invited to join based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the insolvency practice and to their communities.

Sarah will officially be inducted alongside 36 additional Fellows in March 2025 at the American College of Bankruptcy’s annual meeting in Washington, D.C.
