Akin New York funds litigation partner Uri Itkin has earned a Litigator of the Week “shout-out” from The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.
Uri is recognized for securing a significant appellate win on behalf of HBK Master Fund, along with counsel for other investors and Wells Fargo, at the First Department of the Supreme Court of the State New York for a trust instruction proceeding involving dozens of residential mortgage-backed securities trusts.
