Virgil Miller, Sam Olswanger Selected as NILE ‘Top Lobbyists’

Akin lobbying & public policy senior policy advisors Virgil Miller and Sam Olswanger have both been selected as 2024 Top Lobbyists by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE).

The 2024 Top Lobbyist list spotlights the nation’s top 100 lobbyists, PAC professionals and grassroots advocates and celebrates these ‘unsung heroes’ for their merit and impact.

According to NILE, “These individuals stand out for their innovative approaches, significant legislative or regulatory successes, commitment to community and professional development, and adherence to the highest ethical standards.” These advocacy professionals are held in high regard by their clients and NILE members and give back to their community through pro bono and charity work.

Award recipients will be honored at a reception at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. on November 7.
