Akin Gump has issued a piece detailing the FTC’s annual revision to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) thresholds, announced on February 15, 2019.  This piece discusses the increase to the minimum transaction size test from $84.4 million to $90 million, as well as the size-of-person threshold and the HSR Act filing fee threshold.
