The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") designated one entity and one individual pursuant to Russia-related Executive Order ("E.O.") 14024, as part of a coordinated international effort to disrupt Russian cybercrime services. In conjunction with these designations, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN") issued an order that identifies PM2BTC—a Russian virtual currency exchanger—as being of "primary money laundering concern" in connection with Russian illicit finance.
- 26 Sep 2024 (UK):
The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI"), together with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ("FCDO"), designated two entities and specified five vessels under the Russia sanctions regime pursuant to The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") designated five entities and one individual pursuant to Russia-related Executive Order ("E.O.") 14024 that have enabled and supported efforts to establish illicit payment mechanisms between Russia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:
- 25 Sep 2024 (OFAC):
OFAC sanctioned one individual and four entities based in the PRC, Hong Kong, Syria, Marshall Islands, and Türkiye, pursuant to EO 13224, for their involvement in facilitating illicit trade to Syria and East Asia in support of Hizballah and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force. Nine vessels were identified as blocked property.
