Following extensive discussion, the changes to the Russian law on foreign investments into 'strategic' Russian companies are finally published.

Presidential Decree No. 317 provides for an exclusion from those targeted by Countermeasures from responding to the Russian oil price cap established in December 2022.
- 27 Apr 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):
A new recommended form of application to the Russian Government Commission is published by the Russian Ministry of Finance.
