Trump Executive Order Tracker

Authorizes the Department of War (DOW) to identify underperforming defense contractors and restrict stock buybacks, dividends, executive compensation practices, and certain advocacy benefits until contractors demonstrate sufficient performance, investment, and production capacity, using existing statutory and contractual enforcement tools when necessary.

Directs the immediate withdrawal of the U.S. from a broad set of international organizations and United Nations (UN) entities deemed contrary to U.S. interests following a comprehensive State Department review mandated by Executive Order 14199. Instructs agencies to cease participation, funding, and support for the listed organizations as soon as legally permissible, with the Secretary of State retaining authority to issue further implementation guidance and continue additional reviews.

This memorandum directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to review best practices from peer, developed countries for core childhood vaccination recommendations. If those best practices are found superior to the United States’s current recommendations, they are further directed to update the U.S. core childhood vaccine schedule while preserving access to existing vaccines.

Establishes Food Supply Chain Security Task Forces at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to investigate anti-competitive behavior across U.S. food-related industries, including meat processing, seed, fertilizer, and equipment. Targets price fixing, market manipulation, and foreign control of food supply chains that may raise consumer costs or pose national and economic security risks, and authorizes enforcement actions, including criminal prosecutions where warranted.      

Designates certain chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood, specifically those in Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt, as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). Requires the State Department and Treasury Department to assess these chapters and take designation and sanction actions to cut off their resources and counter threats to U.S. nationals and interests.

Directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to modernize the nation's child-welfare system by improving data collection, updating state systems, expanding the use of advanced technology, and publishing annual performance scorecards. Establishes the "Fostering the Future" initiative to create new education, employment, and support pathways for youth in or transitioning out of foster care while expanding partnerships with faith-based organizations. 

Grants a two-year exemption from compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) 2024 Primary Copper Smelting Rule for the Freeport-McMoRan Miami smelter in Arizona. Extends all Clean Air Act Section 112 compliance deadlines under the rule, allowing the facility to continue operating under prior emissions standards due to the unavailability of commercially viable control technology.

Approves the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority’s (AIDEA) appeal under the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA) and reinstates federal authorizations for the 211-mile Ambler Road Project, reversing the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) 2024 denial. Directs all relevant federal agencies to promptly reissue permits within 30 days to allow construction and operation of the road connecting the Dalton Highway to the Ambler Mining District.

Directs the Secretary of Defense to federally mobilize at least 300 members of the Illinois National Guard to protect federal personnel, property, and law enforcement operations in response to escalating violence and obstruction in Illinois, especially in Chicago. 
 
This mobilization is effective immediately for up to 60 days, or otherwise determined by the Secretary.
