Reuters Westlaw Today has published an article titled “DEI risks and opportunities: What businesses need to know in 2025,” co-authored by partner in charge of the Washington, D.C. office Anthony Pierce, labor & employment counsel Amanda McGinn, white collar defense & government investigations counsel Samantha Block and litigation associate David Korin.

The article examines the shifting legal landscape for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and how companies can adapt their DEI strategies to comply with evolving laws and regulations.

As American companies have recently faced an abundance of cultural, political, and legal changes regarding the treatment of DEI in the workplace, the attorneys provide insight for companies to “make informed decisions regarding their DEI programs” and “offer practical strategies.”
