Akin Trial Win Garners Am Law Litigator of the Week Shout Out

A cross-practice team of Akin lawyers, as co-counsel, have earned a Litigator of the Week “shout-out” from The American Lawyer Litigation Daily.
Akin is recognized, along with co-counsel Schertler Onorato Mead & Sears partner Mark MacDougall and Maderal, Byrne & Furst partner John Byrne, for securing a significant trial win for Masphal Kry, the Director of the Cambodian Department of Wildlife and Biodiversity, who faced charges of conspiracy with seven co-defendants for unlawfully importing wild-caught long-tailed macaques into the United States.
