Carlos Bermudez Selected Among The M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40” Award Winners

(Los Angeles) Carlos Bermudez, a counsel in the corporate practice in Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s Los Angeles-Century City office, has been honored by being selected as among The M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40” Award Winners for the West Region.
Mr. Bermudez has a diverse corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters. Mr. Bermudez also advises clients in connection with public company reporting requirements, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
M&A Advisor instituted the 40 Under 40 award in 2010 to recognize emerging leaders in the mergers and acquisitions, financing and turnaround industries. The 2012 40 Under 40 West Award Winners were chosen based on their accomplishments and expertise from investment banks, law firms, private equity firms and accounting firms serving businesses in the West Region, which consists of 18 states, including California.
