Akin lobbying & public policy senior consultant, and former House Ways and Means Committee Chair, Kevin Brady appeared on Bloomberg’s ‘Balance of Power’ to discuss President Donald Trump’s 2025 tax policy plans. Drawing insight from his critical role as a key architect of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), Brady breaks down the process of extending and expanding TCJA with some provisions set to expire at the end of the year.

With an aggressive timeline ahead, Brady tells Bloomberg this “will be a challenge” but “President Trump, House and Senate republicans and tax writers have been preparing for several years.”
