Akin lobbying & public policy partner Chris Treanor is quoted by the Financial Times in an article titled, “Donald Trump wiped out dozens of Joe Biden’s climate initiatives in first-week blitz.” The article examines the impact of President Donald Trump’s decision to issue executive orders that will eliminate climate and green energy initiatives.

Chris tells the Financial Times that the President’s choice to reverse climate initiatives reflects a “180-degree turn away from climate change as a governing priority towards one of, as the president describes it, energy dominance.”
