Global Legal Insights’ ninth edition of “Fund Finance.” features a chapter titled, “Fund Manager M&A: Finance Considerations and Trends,” authored by Akin fund finance partners Matt Bivona and Corinne Musa with counsel Trevor Vega.

Fund structures, governing documents and any material financings of the manager and its related funds can have significant implications on the transaction as a whole and the underwriting involved for any lenders.
