The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation has published the post “Light at the End of the (Channel) Tunnel,” a client alert from Akin Gump’s Brexit task force.

Written by financial regulatory partner Christopher Leonard and investment management partners Ian Meade and Tim Pearce, the article discusses the United Kingdom’s vote to leave the European Union and what it will mean for the UK’s ability to continue to access the EU’s single market in financial services. They write that much of that will depend on the exact type of exit that is negotiated in the coming months.
