Akin Gump Dallas-based litigation partner Marty Brimmage Jr. was interviewed by Texas Lawyer for a video segment on bankruptcy fee enhancements.

In the interview, Brimmage discusses a recent case in which his client was challenging a bankruptcy award of an additional fee that a professional services organization had requested after the bankruptcy plan had been approved.  He also outlines how fee enhancement applications are challenged and describes the increase both in fee enhancement applications and challenges to the same, among other topics.
