Akin Gump infrastructure and transportation practice head Susan Lent was quoted by The National Law Journal for its article “Lobbying Business Surges During Infrastructure Talks — And Not Just From the Usual Clients.”

The article discusses an increase in interest as a result of the Biden-Harris administration’s proposed infrastructure investments.

On the topic, Lent said, “We have seen a substantial amount of interest from clients around infrastructure, and there are many transportation and infrastructure clients whom we have continued lobbying for.”

She added that Akin Gump expects increasing interest “from both existing and new clients who want to have a voice.”
