In this installment of Akin Gump’s video series, OnCamera with Akin Gump, Akin Gump public law and policy partner Brendan Dunn discusses the Biden-Harris administration’s Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy.

You’ll hear how, in Dunn’s view, this EO is a manifestation of broader, bipartisan “wholesale changes in perspective on competition policy” that reflect the administration’s focus on addressing topics such as income inequality and business involvement in politics. The EO, says Dunn, also represents the Biden-Harris administration’s whole-of-government approach applied to competition policy.
