Paul Lin, a partner in Akin Gump’s corporate practice and partner in charge of the firm’s Irvine, Calif., office, is quoted in the Daily Journal article “Legal framework for kids' apps takes shape.”

Lin represents the educational technology company FuHu Inc., which, as the article notes, has flourished during the past couple years as educational institutions seek to do more educating online and through electronic devices like tablets and phones. Lin says FuHu “has gotten a lot more products in the pipeline and into the marketplace” recently because the educational technology sector “is doing very well.”

FuHu was founded in 2008 and, according to the article, has thrived, creating the award-winning nabi tablet and teaming up with Intel to design an educational Android tablet.
