Akin Adds Preeminent Employment Litigator Jessica Rosenberg in New York

(New York) – Akin is pleased to announce that premier employment litigator Jessica Rosenberg has joined as a partner in the firm’s New York office. She joins from Kasowitz Benson Torres where she was co-chair of the firm’s employment practices and litigation group. Prior to private practice, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

Rosenberg is a renowned trial lawyer in the employment field, representing employers and prominent senior executives for more than fifteen years in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She has also conducted internal investigations relating to employee misconduct in the workplace in addition to providing labor & employment advice and counseling to clients, including providing training and advice to investment funds.
