(Dallas and Houston) – Akin advised Baseline Energy Services, a provider of low-carbon, mobile distributed power generation solutions, in its sale to Pennybacker Capital Management. The current Baseline management team will continue to lead the company under CEO Graham Radler.
Baseline owns and operates ~210 MW of natural gas power generation assets across ~1,200 mobile units, providing cost-effective and reliable power solutions to a diverse set of customers including oil and gas, data centers, industrial manufacturing and utilities.
The Akin team was led by energy practice co-head Wes Williams and mergers & acquisitions partner Dasha Hodge and included mergers & acquisitions counsel Michael Daus; oil and gas counsel Eduardo Canales; and corporate associates Brannen Caraway and Rebecca Hill.
