(Washington, D.C. and New York) – Akin advised BlackRock Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions and Hollyport Capital as lead investors in their investment in a continuation fund for Smile Partners USA, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners LLC, with additional support from new and existing investors.
