(Washington, D.C. and New York) – Akin advised Brightwood Capital Advisers, LLC, a private credit firm, in its secondary sale of assets from a special purpose vehicle to a new Brightwood-managed continuation vehicle led by Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset manager.
