Akin Advises Cinemark in $500 Million Senior Notes Offering and Tender Offer for Existing Senior Notes

(Dallas) – Akin advised Cinemark Holdings, Inc., one of the largest and most influential movie theatre companies in the world, in a $500 million private offering of 7.0% senior notes due 2032 and a cash tender offer for all of Cinemark’s existing 5.875% senior notes due in 2026. Over $345 million in aggregate principal amount of the 5.875% senior notes was purchased.
