Akin Advises Endava in Up To $405 Million Acquisition of GalaxE Solutions

(London) – Akin has advised Endava, a leading technology services company, in its acquisition of GalaxE Group Inc., a global IT and business solutions provider, for consideration of up to $405 million (of which $30 million is conditional upon future performance of the GalaxE business).
The agreement, which was signed on 29 February and is expected to close in early April 2024 subject to customary closing conditions and approvals, will significantly expand Endava’s footprint in North America, as well as the company’s delivery operations in India.
The acquisition will also provide Endava with deep domain expertise in the U.S. Healthcare market and complementary platform capabilities focused on enterprise digital transformation.
