Akin Advises EQT Corporation on Regulatory Aspects for $5.5 Billion Acquisition of Equitrans Midstream Corporation

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin advised EQT Corporation on certain FERC regulatory aspects of its approximately $5.5 billion, all-stock acquisition of Equitrans Midstream Corporation. The merger creates America’s only large-scale, vertically integrated natural gas company.
