Akin Advises Excelsior Energy Capital in Multiyear 2.2 GWh Agreement with Fluence Energy for Battery Energy Storage System

(Houston, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles) – Akin advised Excelsior Energy Capital, a leading renewable energy infrastructure investor, in a multiyear agreement with Fluence Energy, a global provider of energy storage systems, to develop 2.2 GWh of battery energy storage system infrastructure in strategic markets across the United States.
