(Los Angeles and Houston) – Akin advised Excelsior Energy Capital, a leading renewable energy infrastructure investor, in a multiyear agreement to acquire 2 GW of photovoltaic modules from Heliene Inc., one of North America’s fastest-growing manufacturers of high-quality solar energy equipment.
