(New York) – Akin has advised private equity firm Kinderhook Industries on two recent transactions: portfolio company Live Oak Environmental’s acquisition of Piney Woods Sanitation Inc., and Kinderhook’s acquisition and financing of CARDS Recycling, Inc.
Piney Woods
Akin advised Kinderhook Industries and its portfolio company Live Oak Environmental on the acquisition and financing of Piney Woods Sanitation, a growing municipal, commercial and industrial solid waste collection company headquartered in Huntington, Texas.
