(New York and Houston) – Akin advised Mubadala Investment Company, the Abu Dhabi-based investment company, in its agreement to purchase a minority stake in Zelis, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions in the United States, alongside co-investors including Norwest and HarbourVest.
