(Dallas) – Akin advised Princeton Equity Group, a leading private equity firm exclusively focused on the franchisor and multiunit industry, on its strategic investment in Pirtek, a leading franchisor of hydraulic hose repair and replacement services. The investment from Princeton is expected to expand Pirtek’s North American footprint and bring additional resources to the company’s existing franchisee and customer base.
