(Dallas) – Akin advised Princeton Equity Group, a private equity firm that exclusively invests in franchisors and multi-unit companies, in connection with its investment in global fitness brand, Barry’s Bootcamp. Barry’s has 89 studios globally that saw more than 7 million visits in 2024.
